Privacy Policy
Last reviewed July 2026. This explains what personal data AerixSys collects through this website, why, and what rights you have under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the AerixSys website (aerixsys.com) and covers information collected when you browse the site, submit our contact or quote form, message us on WhatsApp, or interact with our chatbot. It does not cover information we collect during an actual site visit or installation, which is handled separately as part of that service engagement.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form or the free site survey popup, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the service you're enquiring about, and your region or location. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information is visible in that conversation, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours.
Like most websites, we also use cookies — small files stored in your browser — for a few purposes: keeping the site functioning correctly (necessary cookies), remembering your language preference, and, if you consent, measuring site traffic and performance through Google Analytics. You can accept, reject, or customise these choices at any time using the cookie banner or the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule a site survey, provide a quote, and follow up on service delivery. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Where you've consented to analytics cookies, aggregated, anonymised traffic data may be used to understand how visitors use the site and where to improve it.
Third-party services we use
This site uses a small number of third-party services that may process limited technical data as part of how they function: Google Analytics (site traffic measurement, only once you've accepted analytics cookies), Google Translate (on-page language switching), Google Fonts (typography), and WhatsApp/Meta (for WhatsApp-based enquiries). Each of these operates under its own privacy terms, which we encourage you to review directly if you'd like more detail on how they specifically handle data.
Your rights under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
Ghana's Data Protection Act gives you, as a data subject, a number of rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Be informed when your data is being collected, and why
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Object to certain forms of processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with Ghana's Data Protection Commission if you believe your rights have been violated
To exercise any of these rights regarding information collected through this website, contact us at [email protected].
How long we keep your information
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and maintain business records, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example as our use of cookies or third-party tools changes. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
