AerixSys started in 2018 to solve a specific problem: getting reliable internet, security, power backup and wiring for a Ghanaian home or business usually meant coordinating separate, unrelated contractors who didn't talk to each other. We now operate as a managed services partner — sourcing equipment from leading global manufacturers and managing the whole project, from first site survey to years of ongoing support, under one accountable roof.

That's the difference between hiring an installer and hiring a managed services partner: an installer's job ends at handover. Ours continues for as long as you're our client.

From one installation team to a full infrastructure partner
We began with wireless internet and networking installations in Accra. As clients asked for security cameras to protect what we'd just wired, and solar backup to keep it all running through power cuts, we built those capabilities in-house rather than subcontracting them out. Land & property advisory followed the same pattern — clients building a house needed somewhere to put it first.
Today AerixSys operates across all 16 regions of Ghana, with technicians who install and later support the same building, rather than a rotating cast of unrelated vendors.

Our field technicians are trained and vetted in-house on networking (Mikrotik/Ubiquiti), electrical wiring safety standards, CCTV/NVR configuration and solar system sizing. Each installation is reviewed and tested before handover, and technicians remain the client's point of contact for follow-up support in their region.
