Most residential and small business installations are completed within the same week as the site survey, subject to hardware availability. Larger enterprise or estate-wide projects are scheduled after the survey based on scope.

Yes. For clients based in the USA, UK, Germany, Belgium, elsewhere in Europe or Asia, we handle consultation by video call, complete the installation on-site in Ghana, and set up remote viewing so you can monitor cameras or manage your network from abroad. It depends on your specific timezone. UK and European callers overlap well with our business hours; US callers typically get the best overlap in their afternoon or evening; Asia-based callers should schedule a call in advance given the larger time difference. A directional antenna on your rooftop connects wirelessly to a nearby base station tower, giving a dedicated connection rather than shared mobile data, with more consistent speeds during peak hours.

Yes. We configure Mikrotik or Ubiquiti hotspot systems with voucher codes and Mobile Money billing integration, so you can sell WiFi access by the hour or day.

A fixed wireless or Starlink connection isn't shared with thousands of mobile users nearby, so it holds up better under sustained, always-on use. Mobile data is best treated as a backup, not a primary connection.

You can self-install a basic Starlink kit, but professional mounting gets you a more secure, weatherproofed setup with proper alignment and building-wide WiFi distribution — most clients find the difference in reliability worth it.

Yes. We configure remote viewing and alarm notifications so you can check live footage and get alerted to a fence breach from your smartphone, wherever you are.

Only if backed up. We can add a solar or battery backup sized to your NVR, cameras and fence energiser, so the system stays live through outages.

Cameras record what happens; a fence tries to prevent it and alerts you immediately. For most properties beyond a small home compound, we recommend both — fence for prevention, cameras for evidence.

It uses fingerprints (or card/PIN as backup) instead of keys to control entry and logs every access — most useful for estates, offices and rental properties with multiple regular users.
