Enterprise network installation that doesn't fall over under real load.
AerixSys provides enterprise network installation — Cat6 and fibre cabling, managed switches, Mikrotik and Ubiquiti UniFi configuration, VLAN segmentation and point-to-point wireless links — for offices, hotels, hospitals and campuses across Ghana.
What enterprise network installation covers
Structured cabling
Cat6/Cat6a and fibre optic cabling run and terminated to industry standard, with proper cable management.
Managed switches & VLANs
Traffic segmented by department, guest network and security devices for performance and security.
Mikrotik & UniFi configuration
Firewall rules, VPN, OSPF/BGP routing, bandwidth management and wireless bridging configured by certified technicians.
Point-to-point wireless links
Building-to-building links for campuses and estates where trenching cable isn't practical.
Network audits
We assess an existing network's bottlenecks, security gaps and single points of failure before recommending changes.
Maintenance contracts
Scheduled checks and priority support for businesses that can't afford network downtime.
Platforms our technicians work with
We're not tied to one brand — we configure whichever platform actually fits your budget and building, and can mix brands within one network where it makes sense.
Mikrotik RouterOS
Hotspot portals, firewall rules, QoS, VPN, OSPF/BGP routing, wireless bridging and VLAN configuration.
Ubiquiti UniFi & airMAX
UniFi controller and enterprise access points, EdgeRouter configuration, airMAX point-to-point radio links.
Ruijie
Enterprise switches and cloud-managed access points for high-density WiFi in schools, hospitals and hotels.
Huawei
Enterprise routers, OLT/ONU fibre setups, switches, and 4G/LTE outdoor CPE for wide-area coverage.
TP-Link Omada
Centrally managed enterprise WiFi and smart switches — cost-effective for SMEs and multi-floor offices.
Tenda
Affordable routers and access points for SMEs, retail shops and home offices on a tighter budget.
D-Link
Switches, routers and IP cameras for straightforward small-office and residential networking needs.
Starlink
Full satellite installation, building distribution, and integration with an existing LAN or failover setup.
Point-to-Point Links
Building-to-building wireless bridges connecting locations up to several kilometres apart, line-of-sight permitting.

Networks configured differently by sector
A hotel network and a hospital network solve different problems — we design for the sector, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Hotels
Guest WiFi with per-room bandwidth shaping and captive portal login.
Hospitals
VLAN segmentation isolating patient WiFi from admin systems and medical devices.
Schools
Campus-wide WiFi, computer lab networking and content filtering.
Offices
Structured cabling, managed switches, VPN for remote work and cloud-managed WiFi.
Communities & Estates
Shared internet distribution with hotspot billing and fair-usage policies.
Shops & Markets
Affordable hotspot WiFi with simple Mobile Money billing.
Construction Sites
Temporary Starlink-based internet for remote, time-limited projects.
Resorts & Lodges
Reliable connectivity for remote eco-lodges combining Starlink with enterprise WiFi.
Real network installations
Cable dressing, patch panels and point-to-point wireless links — actual AerixSys fieldwork.

Signs your network needs professional attention
WiFi that's fine in one room, dead in another
Usually means access points were placed for convenience during a rushed install. They weren't planned around your building's actual layout and wall materials. A genuine network audit fixes this properly, rather than just adding another router.
Everything slows down when more people connect
A consumer-grade router straining under 15-20 simultaneous devices is a capacity problem. It's not a "bad WiFi day." This is exactly what enterprise network installation with proper switches and access points is designed to solve.
One device with a virus can see everything else
Without VLAN segmentation, your guest WiFi, staff devices, and security cameras all sit on the same flat network — meaning a single compromised device has a direct path to everything else. This is one of the most common gaps we find during a network audit.
Nobody knows what's actually connected
If new devices get added without anyone keeping a record, you've lost visibility into your own infrastructure. It's a real security exposure. Most businesses don't notice until something goes wrong.
Cabling was never properly labelled or documented
Unlabelled cable runs mean every future fault-finding visit starts from zero — a genuinely avoidable, ongoing cost that proper structured cabling documentation solves once.
Your CCTV or access control shares bandwidth with everything else
Security systems competing for bandwidth with staff streaming or downloads is a common, fixable cause of laggy camera feeds — proper network installation separates critical traffic from general use.

Networking FAQ
Yes. AerixSys engineers configure Mikrotik RouterOS for hotspot portals, firewalls, VPNs, OSPF/BGP routing, bandwidth management and VLAN segmentation for businesses, hotels, hospitals and communities of any size.
Yes — modern IP cameras and access control readers typically run over PoE (Power over Ethernet), meaning they get both power and data through the same network cable. Structured cabling done properly during network installation means your security system doesn't need a separate, unplanned wiring job later.
Yes — every cable run we install gets tested before we consider the job finished. We check that each termination actually meets the category standard it's rated for (Cat6, Cat6a, etc.), not just that it physically connects. A cable that connects but doesn't test clean at full spec will cause intermittent problems. Those are far harder to diagnose months later than to catch before we leave.
Yes. We deploy UniFi access points and controllers for enterprise WiFi, as well as airMAX point-to-point radio links for hotels, schools and offices that need building-to-building connectivity.
Cabling cost depends on cable run length, number of drops, and whether Cat6 or fibre is required. We provide a fixed quote after a free on-site assessment — there's no standard nationwide price because every building differs.
The most common causes are power interruptions to switches and routers without backup, unmanaged single points of failure (one switch serving an entire floor), and configuration drift from ad-hoc changes over time. A proper network design and solar/battery backup addresses both.
